Katrina is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively with school-age children with language, literacy and learning difficulties in school and clinic settings.

Katrina has a particular interest in reading comprehension, completing a Masters in this area at UWA in 2003, and a PhD at Curtin University in 2022. She is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at Western University in London, Ontario working with Lisa Archibald on the Optimising Reading project.
